UC Davis: Opportunity for Learning and Discussion
Synopsis
On November 18, 2011 a peaceful campus protest turned ugly when Occupy UC Davis protesters were pepper sprayed by two UC Davis Police officers. The aftereffects have taken the world by storm.
The purpose of this page is to support the necessary research and education that must follow such an event if UC Davis is to move into a phase of understanding and growth. The library is a neutral zone where philosophies, histories, and stories can be examined and written as we move into a better future.
